I often check the H & M sale. When there are no forwarding charges, it's even more tempting to order something. This leopard blouse is only € 9,-. I think it looks more like a top than a blouse but whatever.
I also don't know if it's too tacky or not. But I thought, why not order it and find out! The blouse was originally € 29,99.
